The Mission Foods GT3 Cup is open to Porsche Cup, GT3 RS/RSR cars from 2000 to current cars.
From amateur drivers to professional racing teams, the series will be able to accommodate all GT3 Cup owners. The Championship joins a variety of sanctioning bodies including HSR (Historic Sportscar Racing), SVRA (Sportscar Vintage Racing Association) and VSCDA (The Vintage Sports Car Drivers Association) as it forms a unique and exciting exclusive Championship throughout the United States.
The series holds its own season long championship and features sprint and enduro races at every race weekend. Prizes and trophies are provided by Mission Foods and Car Amigo and are given to the championship and individual events top finishers.
The series is divided into four groups that compete for their own championship points and prizes. Group 1 is the Open category for any other GT3 Cup car that does not apply to groups 2,3 or 4 including RSRs, GT3Rs and Rolex cars. Group 2 is for 996 GT3 Cup cars with a 3.6L engine, Group 3 is for the 997 GT3 Cup cars with a 3.6L engine , and Group 4 is for the 997 GT3 Cup cars with a 3.8L engine.
