Racerink to Support America’s GT Cup’s Racing Series with Staff and Series Clothing
DAYTONA BEACH, Florida (November 13, 2015) – America’s GT Cup, the operating organization of The Stuttgart Cup, Mission Foods GT3 Cup Trophy USA and The Maranello Cup racing series, has entered a partnership with Racerink as its new Official Clothing Supplier.
The new relationship will see Racerink, the fast-growing custom clothing supplier to the racing industry and beyond, support America’s GT Cup and its racing series with a full line of staff and series clothing and accessories.
“We have always placed a firm focus on our series branding and overall look and impression both at and away from the race track,” said Ken Fengler, America’s GT Cup Competition Director and General Manager. “A gap in this area until now has been a consistent and available line of quality clothing and accessories and we are delighted to be joining with Racerink in addressing this important area of our mutual business.”
In the new partnership, Racerink will also assist America’s GT Cup in the co-branding and promotion of The Stuttgart Cup, Mission Foods GT3 Cup Trophy and Maranello Cup at racing events, beginning with this weekend’s Daytona Historics at Daytona International Speedway.
“All of us here at RacerInk are very excited to start our relationship with America’s GT Cup,” said Cody Ellsworth, Racerink President. “We are looking forward to closely working with Ken and the team to provide a professional brand image and to promote to Porsche and Ferrari racers around the country to compete in these elite championships.”
Racerink’s product line includes screen-printed and embroidered garments such as team shirts, jackets, baseball caps, sweat shirts, T-shirts and other popular apparel.
The company also offers the popular dye sublimation technology, the printing method that allows for full color, all-over patterned clothing that has become increasingly popular in motorsports over the last few years.
RacerInk principals include Ellsworth, Ashley Helenbrook and Matt Weisberg.
The Stuttgart Cup features Porsche Cayman and Boxsters models, Mission Foods GT3 Cup Trophy USA is home to Porsche 996, 997 and other GT3 Cup models from the past decade while the debuting Maranello Cup is open to previously eligible Ferrari Challenge race cars.
The Stuttgart Cup and Mission Foods GT3 Cup close out this year’s racing series this weekend at Daytona and at the season-finale next month at Sebring. The 2016 racing season will mark the third year the two Porsche-based series will race together, and they will be joined on event weekends by The Maranello Cup.
The Maranello Cup’s inaugural season will be a full points-based series that, like The Stuttgart Cup and the Mission Foods GT3 Cup Trophy USA, will crown a champion at year’s end.
