It's official, even we make mistakes (occasionally)
In our desire to try and start getting 2026 race dates out, we made a slight mistake in last week’s email blast. The second round of the championship at Road Atlanta is scheduled for March 12-15, 2026. The good news is that we will NOT be conflicting with the IMSA 12 Hours of Sebring – which we know a lot of you attend.
To confirm the 2026 dates that are set:
FEBRUARY 26-MARCH 1 at Sebring and MARCH 12-15 at Road Atlanta.
We plan to have the remainder of the 2026 schedule out in a couple weeks.
IGT Welcomes Gotham Motorsports Ferrari Race Team
A couple weeks ago we told you about a two Ferraris racing with us the remainder of the 2025 season. We can now introduce the team, GOTHAM MOTORSPORTS out of California. Good news from the team is that they now have a third Ferrari they will be bringing to Watkins Glen. Click on the photo of

GARAGES: If you did not grab a garage for the WGI event, we’ve had a couple open up. It’s $500 for one garage that fits two race cars. Contact Julie if you are interested.
Pirelli Tire Give-Away VIR and Barber
We are continuing the special entry for VIR and Barber. Enter both International GT races – VIR, Sept 17-21 and Barber, Oct 17-19 and you will be automatically entered into a drawing for a set of Pirelli race tires.
We have 6 sets of tires to give-away. Click on either the VIR or Barber track photos (yes, the gal in the grass is Baber – one of many super unique pieces of art at Barber) to link to registration and schedules. NOTE: Barber schedule is available too!
Watkins Glen and VIR Optional Testing with Extreme Velocity
Wednesday, September 3rd Extreme Velocity Motorsports has the track for a testing day and has invited all interested IGT entrants to participate and share the track rental fee. Click on the EVM logo or contact Derek at (561)662-9415.
Wednesday, September 17th EVM will do the same at VIR and has openings for IGT entrants to participate and share the track rental fee.
Flagtronics Requirement
International GT has partnered with Flagtronics for the best in on-track safety. Starting at the Watkins Glen race in September Flagtronics will be required for all International GT entrants. Pirelli Tire Orders
Pirelli is the exclusive tire for International GT and must be purchased through Frisby Tires. Click on the Pirelli logo to link to Frisby to order tires.
