Series Announcement and 2026 Update Zoom Call - Thursday
As we look forward to the return of International GT racing in just a few short weeks at Watkins Glen, we also have eyes on 2026!
This THURSDAY, AUGUST 14 at 4:30pm (EST) we will be holding a Zoom call to bring all of our competitors and participants a quick update.
We will give a brief overview of the State of the Series and outline the changes, improvements and plans for International GT going forward. We hope you can join us on the call.

Stuttgart Cup: The Championship Battle Continues at Watkins Glen
The Stuttgart Cup title battle couldn’t be closer! We mentioned it after the Mid Ohio round but only a few points separate current leader, Kurt Kropp #641 and second place Tom Kirk #22.
However with four races remaining it’s really wide open should one of the other competitors in the top 10 have a good stretch over the next four races.

VIR + Barber Entry = Pirelli Tire Give-Away
Just a reminder that International GT has six (6) sets of Pirelli racing tires that we will be giving away (yes, free tires!) in a drawing for any drivers entering both the VIR (September 18-21) and Barber (October 17-19) IGT races!

For Barber planning purposes, the first IGT session will be Friday, Oct 17 around 8am and our final race will take the checkered flag Sunday, Oct 19 about 1pm.
Watkins Glen Optional Testing Wed, Sept 3 with EVM
Wednesday, September 3rd Extreme Velocity Motorsports has the track for a testing day and has invited all interested IGT entrants to participate and share the track rental fee. Click on the EVM logo or contact Derek at (561)662-9415.
Wednesday evening will be paddock load in, with series testing on Thursday.

Flagtronics Requirement
International GT has partnered with Flagtronics for the best in on-track safety. Starting at the Watkins Glen race in September Flagtronics will be required for all International GT entrants. Pirelli is the exclusive tire for International GT and must be purchased through Frisby Tires. Click on the Pirelli logo to link to Frisby to order tires.
