FERNANDINA BEACH, Florida (August 6, 2015) – Officials of America’s GT Cup LLC unveiled today a new logo for the motorsports management corporation that is the operating entity of The Stuttgart Cup™ and the Mission Foods GT3 Cup Trophy USA sports car road racing series.

The new logo is part of a plan to build awareness and elevate America’s GT Cup from behind-the-scenes status to the forefront of North American semi-professional and enthusiast-based sports car road racing. Both The Stuttgart Cup™ and Mission Foods GT3 are known for close and fair racing on the track and great competitor camaraderie after the checkered flag falls.

Established over two years ago, America’s GT Cup owns and operates The Stuttgart Cup, which is for Caymans and Boxsters, and also manages and operates Mission Foods GT3, which is home to Porsche 996, 997 and GT3 Cup cars. Both series compete together on race weekends, which are primarily part of well-established historic and vintage events throughout the United States.

“We have been encouraged by the interest and growth of both The Stuttgart Cup™ and the Mission Foods GT3 Cup Trophy USA the last few years,” said Ken Fengler, Competition Director and General Manager of America’s GT Cup and its racing series. “In addition to our great lineup of series partners, America’s GT Cup has been at the foundation of this growth, and we now believe it is time to place more focus on the organization behind the emergence of The Stuttgart Cup™ and Mission Foods GT3.”

The Stuttgart Cup™ and Mission Foods GT3 race with the support of America’s GT Cup series partners Pirelli Tire North America, BRM Chronographes, Pacifico Costa Rica, Mission Foods, VP Racing Fuels, Palm Beach Driving Club and Bob Woodman Tires.

The America’s GT Cup branding has also been fueled by interest from various individuals and organizations within the sports car racing sector inquiring about racing programs similar to The Stuttgart Cup™ and Mission Foods GT3 format.

“Putting a face on America’s GT Cup helps answer the frequently asked question of just who operates The Stuttgart Cup™ and Mission Foods GT3 series,” Fengler said. “We are currently working on a variety of exciting ideas, programs and marketing partnerships. Most of the interest we have seen in our racing series is based on what we have established as the right mix of sportsmanship and competition on the track, combined with camaraderie in the paddock, all presented on a professional platform of service, marketing and hospitality.”

Moving America’s GT Cup into the spotlight follows the premiere of The Stuttgart Cup™ and Mission Foods GT3 on the syndicated and online television network, Car Show TV (CST) last month.

The first-ever broadcast offering for The Stuttgart Cup™ and Mission Foods GT3, the pilot premiere on CST provides an overview of the two Porsche-based racing series and highlights from June’s SVRA race weekend at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course.

The episode is available now on the Car Show Television (CST) On Demand channel, which is available on Roku, Amazon Fire TV and www.CarShowTV.com
