MEMO GIDLEY #3, SKI Autosport joined IGT at Road Atlanta, jumping out to the lead on the start and never looking back. It’s one of our favorite tracks in the beautiful Finger Lakes region of upstate New York and our return to Watkins Glen is just around the corner. Stuttgart Cup is looking very strong for Watkins Glen. We will welcome a newcomer, ANDREW SMILEY #167 and between the CAY3.8 category, which Andrew will contest and the CAY4.0 categories Stuttgart Cup makes up almost half of the field!
VIRginia International Raceway Sept 18-21
Don’t forget that the International GT race at VIR is right on the heels of Watkins Glen!!
Paul Newman wasn’t wrong when he said, “If there is a heaven on earth, it’s VIR.”
This 3.27 mile course with it’s challenging elevation changes has become one of the “not to be missed” races on the IGT schedule.
Extreme Velocity Motorsports has a test day on Wednesday, Sept 17 that is open to IGT participant who will share the cost of the track rental (see below – separate fee from race entry).

Pirelli Tire Give-Away VIR and Barber
We are continuing the special entry for VIR and Barber. Enter both International GT races – VIR, Sept 17-21 and Barber, Oct 17-19 and you will be automatically entered into a drawing for a set of Pirelli race tires.
We have 6 sets of tires to give-away. Click on either the VIR or Barber track photos (yes, the gal in the grass is Baber – one of many super unique pieces of art at Barber) to link to registration and schedules. NOTE: Barber schedule is available too!
Watkins Glen and VIR Optional Testing with Extreme Velocity
Wednesday, September 3rd Extreme Velocity Motorsports has the track for a testing day and has invited all interested IGT entrants to participate and share the track rental fee. Click on the EVM logo or contact Derek at (561)662-9415.
Wednesday, September 17th EVM will do the same at VIR and has openings for IGT entrants to participate and share the track rental fee.
Flagtronics Requirement
International GT has partnered with Flagtronics for the best in on-track safety. Starting at the Watkins Glen race in September Flagtronics will be required for all International GT entrants.
